Serge Yelle

Executive VP, Operations

Serge ensures that operations at Atrium and its member companies are running like a well-oiled machine. A scientist committed to growth, he also plays a key role on the Atrium Topline Program and the Atrium Innovation Committee, encouraging initiatives in marketing and science that ultimately strengthen Atrium’s leadership role in the nutritional health industry.

As a scientist and investor in charge of business development in his previous job, Serge was immediately excited by Atrium’s DNA – its commitment to growth through scientific innovation and research, and the quality of its products, its management, its ethics and its financial rigour.

Appointed Executive VP of Operations in 2008, Serge ensures that operations run smoothly at Atrium and its member companies, focusing on areas such as gross margins and manufacturing efficiency. He also plays a key role in the Atrium Topline Program, designed to enhance sales and marketing initiatives for greater growth and expansion. And then there is innovation through science – an extremely rewarding aspect of his work, as the Atrium family continues to forge ahead with science-based product development.

A key member of the Atrium Innovation Committee of 15 esteemed Atrium scientists and healthcare practitioners from around the world, Serge encourages synergies by finding a good working balance between all the different parties involved, bridging cultures and diverse areas of expertise. All with the aim of creating added value and breakthroughs.

The result is more powerful formulations, greater investment in clinical trials, the licensing of new technologies in every aspect of product manufacturing, including delivery forms, equipment, packaging and more – all strengthening Atrium’s growth and position as the leader in science-based nutritional health.

An agronomist and plant physiology, Serge is very close to nature and has the makings of a true gentleman farmer, cultivating his own garden with the best natural ingredients and most environmental practices so his plants and flowers can also… Grow. In Health.
