In the ever-evolving nutritional health industry where each country has different local laws and regulations, Manon works closely with her team to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of Atrium’s growth strategy, from formalizing commercial deals to penning the fine print for new acquisitions.

Focused, dynamic and driven to grow in new directions… The parallels between Manon and Atrium are undeniable.

A member of the Quebec Bar since 1990, Manon was named Atrium’s Vice-President, Legal and Corporate Affairs and Secretary in March 2001, prior to which she was in-house counsel and Secretary with SGF and SGF Soquia.

Everything that has to be legally documented comes across Manon’s desk… annual filings, commercial agreements, all the legal affairs of the Atrium brands… which certainly keeps her busy. Luckily she has a strong team to back her up, which affords her the time needed to participate in the acquisition’s negotiations, along with the Merger and Acquisitions team.

In fact, Manon finds acquisition the most thrilling aspect of her work. Negotiating the terms of an acquisition within a short timeframe while representing the interests of Atrium gives her a real sense of accomplishment. Then, once the ink is dry, she and her team work to support the latest member of the Atrium family when needed.

Manon truly feels like she has found her place with Atrium, mostly because she believes in the causes it promotes. An active woman who enjoys running and working out. She has deep compassion for people and hopes for a future where everyone can live long, fulfilling, healthy lives. And she is contributing in the best way she can.
